Halloween Strut shares downtown Venice with the October 31 art festival

Venice’s Halloween Strut is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. downtown. Families planning to drive should account for the closure of West Venice Avenue’s 100–300 blocks to vehicles.
The closure coincides with the 38th Annual Downtown Venice Art Festival, scheduled October 31 and November 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The two events put Halloween activity and an art-festival weekend in the same downtown area.
Venice MainStreet presents the strut with the Venice Lions Club. Before heading out, check the organizers’ current information for parking and participation details. Visitors can plan to arrive outside the closed blocks and walk into the event area rather than expect to drive along West Venice Avenue during the afternoon celebration.
